Frequently Asked Questions

Which plan is right for me?
An average washing machine typically holds around 10-15lbs. Most people in our laundry club typically use about 30lbs of laundry a month, so our plans are structured around that amount.

If the plan you initially select does not suit your needs, you can change it at any time. The new plan will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
What about upgrades?
No problem! You can still select any upgrades you like on the preferences page. Your base wash & fold will be included in your plan and any upgrades such as special soap or dryer sheets will be charged separately and billed to your account on a per order basis.
How do I switch plans?
If the plan you initially selected does not suit your needs, you can change it at any time on your account or by contacting us. The new plan will take affect as soon as your current plan expires.
Is there a minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size for laundry service.
What happens if I go over the pounds in my plan?
We’ve got you! If your usage exceed the amount of your plan, we’ll still get everything washed, folded and delivered back for you. You’ll be charged the standard per pound rate (currently $3.00) for any pounds over your plan amount.
Can I combine my laundry plan with other discounts?
Our laundry plans are such a great deal that we cannot combine them with any other offers.

Other discounts and offers can still be applied to charges not associated with your laundry plan (such as items for dry cleaning, etc.).
How about special items such as comforters and pillows?
While these items cannot be included in your laundry club subscription plan, we are more than happy to pick these up and get them cleaned and ready for you!

These items will be charged separately and billed to the card we have on file.
Are dry cleaning and laundered shirts included?
These plans are only for wash & fold orders. Dry cleaning and laundered shirts are charged per piece as part of our dry cleaning service.
How do I get a refund?
We are not able to offer refunds for partially or completely unused laundry plans. You can cancel your plan at any time and that will go into effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
